Ashley @magmagandme here.
So many times I find myself praying the psalms. Whether it’s lamenting or singing out praise – the psalms are so fitting. I decided to just write the word PRAY as a reminder to keep it simple and keep giving back to the Lord what He wants – a relationship with ME.
This page not only looks like me because I made it, but because I had the privilege of designing some the stickers and stamps in this kit. The PRAY (still weird to see my handwriting in a stamp) and the scallops (hello, polks dots are my all time favorite thing) are all I need to keep that reminder in the forefront of this page.
I used a bit of acrylic paint in the background, along with some matching washi to create a splash of color.
Tell me I am not the only person that has a basket full of clips and doodads to put in your planner/Bible/journal!?
I’ve got gadgets and gizmos a-plenty. I’ve got whozits and whatzits galore. You want thingamabobs? I’ve got 20! 🙂
Anyhow….. I quickly grabbed a few yellows and pinks to help coordinate with my page. FLAIR IS FUN. One other thing I do when I go to all the trouble to set up my acrylic paint mess is prep another page. I don’t have a plan for that page yet – but it will be ready for yellow sunshine inspiration when the time comes. 🙂
Sadly, this kit is sold out but next month is coming….are you ready!?
