Bloom in Faith, Bloom in Jesus | Bible Journaling with Julie

(You can see the entire process for this page at the CR YouTube Channel, or by using the link at the bottom of this page.)

And I am sure of this, that He who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.” (Philippians 1:6)

Jesus has begun a good work in you, friend!  He began it the day He designed you in your mother’s womb.  Even before that, really–the day He devised the plan of salvation and redemption!  That good work is your life in Christ.  It may be a magnificent plan that involves you changing the world. Or it may be a magnificent plan of you touching your neighbor’s life today.  It may involve you raising godly children or helping with grandchildren.  It may involve your job, or your marriage, or your interaction with the person in the grocery store check out lane.  We don’t always know WHAT God is working in and through us.  But we CAN count on Him to complete, IF we have faith in Him and ALLOW Him to work in us.  As we bloom in faith, we bloom in Jesus.

This simple page used only the card stock stickers from the May Faith Art Box, and a gelato for the background color.  I added some washi tape from my stash and the beautiful peachy-melon bow from the kit.  Notice how I cut out the title from the devotional card to make a key design element for this page.  Don’t forget to use all that’s available to you!

How are you growing in Christ? How is He blooming you?
