My Strength | Bible Journaling with Colleen

“But I will sing of your strength; I will sing aloud of your steadfast love in the morning. For you have been to me a fortress and a refuge in the day of my distress.”
Psalms 59:16 ESV

How do I know God is real? Because He has been my strength in seasons where I didnt have the strength to get through. Because He loved me when I was at my weakest points. Because in my darkest hours, HE WAS THERE. Every time I seeked Him. He answered. He became my refuge, my rescuer. He delivered me. He remained faithful when I was not.

“O my Strength, I will sing praises to you, for you, O God, are my fortress, the God who shows me steadfast love.”
Psalms 59:17 ESV

The Lord is our strength when we cant catch our breath. He is the hope to get us through each day. Run to Him.

ART TALK

I used my Little Psalms book for this page. I used Distress Oxides by smooshing them on an acetate paper and rubbing on page, I dried between layers. Then I added the stickers and outlined them. I used the strength stamp and the dots from an old Faith Art Box. Love how simple a page can come together.

Blessings,

Colleen
