Bible Journaling with Jill | He Will Make Everything New

And he who was seated on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.” Also he said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.”

Revelation 21:5

The world is broken. Every human feels the weight of this reality. The apostle Paul writes in his inspired letter to the Romans that creation itself groans under the weight of the curse of sin (Romans 8:18-25). The longing of every heart is for a world that has been made new – free from pain, free from death, free from evil. The book of Revelation closes with the promise of a new creation brought about by the Redeemer who makes everything new.

This promise is not just a future hope, but a present reality. Right now, God is making the hearts of His people new, giving us new desires, and filling us with a renewed joy. By God’s grace, we are made new, and by faith, we look forward to the day he makes everything new.

For this page, I used Creative Retreats Victory Alpha stamp and a Felicity Jane alpha stamp to write out my title using black ink. I used chalk ink to stamp the leaves in purple. I added stickers from the kit and some grid washi to add details. I finished the page with Neocolor II paint splatters and my date stamp.

Thanks for following along. Be sure to check out this kit along with other great journaling products from Creative Retreat Kits. You can follow me on Instagram for more inspiration.
