“Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.”
When you lay awake at night wondering what went wrong, pray.
When you have more questions than you have answers, pray.
When you are bearing burdens you were never meant to bear, pray.
When you’re all out of words and don’t know what else to pray, keep on praying.
With increased resolve.
And desperate intensity.
It changes things. It always has and it always will. Pour out your heart before the Father and wait expectantly for what He will do (Psalm 5:3). Because if there’s one thing that I can promise you: it’s that our God is faithful. He will never waste your wait.
